Talebones is a great semi-pro print magazine that’s been around for forever. It prints good stories, by good authors–and it’s having some financial trouble.
We’re having a subscription drive and single-copy order PUSH! A few days ago we had decided #33 would be our last issue due to lack of funds, not enough renewals, not enough new subscribers. But now we’re making a last plea. We will have an issue #34, but depending on orders for #33 and/or new subscriptions and renewals, #34 may be the final issue. We’d rather keep publishing, into 2007 and beyond. Won’t you help?
If you’ve never read them, stop by the site and order a single issue. If you like it, think about subscribing. There aren’t enough short fiction venues out there, and Talebones gets it right more than most.
